You will hold MCIPD or an equivalent professional qualification, together with a recognised training, learning and development qualification.

You will be an experienced coach, able to support managers at different levels and build their confidence and capability. You will demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills, together with the ability to evaluate learning and development programmes and demonstrate their impact. You will have experience embedding equality, diversity and inclusion through management development and training, with the ability to influence and support positive cultural change. You will be a collaborative and credible professional who can build strong relationships with managers and staff and work effectively with colleagues across the Group. You will have innovative in developing engaging learning experiences, proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, and able to work independently, take ownership and deliver effectively against organisational priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning, development or HR professional to make a significant contribution to leadership capability, inclusive management practice and organisational development across South Thames Colleges Group.
