The Health & Public Sector Industry and Enterprise team are working at the centre of high-profile transformations across the UK government and healthcare sectors. Within the practice, you will work on innovative projects with colleagues and clients to drive excellence from strategy through to implementation, making changes that directly impact citizens. You will be using the latest technologies and methodologies with clients to help them achieve tangible outcomes and accelerate value. Do you want to work in an environment that is cutting-edge, collaborative and challenging, doing work that really matters?
The most important thing for us is that you display the right attitude. We would like you to actively contribute to our community and clients as a practitioner, think logically to tackle problems and engage others. We want you to be driven to develop yourself and others, an ability to see and articulate the bigger picture of how individual projects and deliverables create value for citizens and a passion for innovation and the latest technology trends. This role will require creative thinking, excellent client communication skills and the ability to identify new innovative ways to apply our skills and services to solve a wider set of client problems.
This role is well suited to someone who has already made the transition from full‑time clinical or NHS operational work into advisory, transformation, or strategy roles - and is now looking to bring that experience into a leading global consultancy. The ideal candidate will have spent a portion of their career outside of direct clinical delivery, developing the commercial, analytical, and client‑facing skills that consulting demands, while retaining a genuine connection to and credibility within the healthcare world.
You do not need to hold a current clinical registration to apply - we welcome candidates whose clinical experience was earlier in their career or gained in another country, provided you can demonstrate genuine clinical grounding and a strong track record in transformation, advisory, or change delivery since.
We recognise that maintaining your clinical identity and professional development matters. Accenture supports colleagues who hold an active UK professional clinical registration with up to 10 days of paid leave per year for clinical practice, professional development, and training required to maintain their registration. This is a genuine commitment to helping you keep your clinical skills current and your professional network active because we know that's exactly what makes this role valuable.
Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.
Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, or gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
