Role Description

The role involves working across various financial institutions to support them in navigating and delivering against key market objectives, focusing on Trade & Transaction Reporting and related regulations.

Projects Include

• Supporting regulatory change efforts, impact assessments, implementation, remediation, control frameworks, and regtech solutions related to trade & transaction reporting (e.g., MiFID, EMIR, CSDR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, CFTC)
• Ensuring compliance within tight regulatory deadlines
• Operating model reviews for market positioning and cost optimization
• Delivering key business change initiatives

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of capital markets/investment banking, strong change management experience, and a track record of success either as a management consultant or within a financial services organization.

Skills & Expertise

• Experience in capital markets with knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance
• Product knowledge in OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities
• Understanding of industry drivers and consulting opportunities
• Experience delivering trade & transaction reporting projects
• Background in consulting or industry with exposure to significant programs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and present to stakeholders at all levels
