Role Overview

Your role involves supporting government clients in developing business cases for major digital and strategic transformation programs in the Public Sector. You will quantify benefits, provide financial analysis, develop delivery options, and craft compelling cases using HM Treasury’s '5 case model' approach. You will also advise on existing business cases and support program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients to support large-scale digital and strategic transformation projects in the Public Sector.
• Deliver business cases and support programs with diverse skills tailored to each engagement.
• Assist in sales activities for large delivery programs, focusing on data and analytics.
• Contribute to thought leadership and propositions reflecting Capgemini Invent’s leadership in the public sector.

Candidate Profile

• Experience supporting public sector programs and business case development.
• Background in consultancy or as a civil servant with established government relationships.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital transformation, operating models, or process redesign projects.
