Job summary

Easy Home Green is seeking a motivated Management Consultant to support growth in property improvement and home services. You will review operations, identify improvements, and provide practical recommendations to boost efficiency, service delivery and overall performance.

Responsibilities include analysing customer needs, market trends and costs, preparing strategic recommendations, and guiding implementation of approved improvements across insulation, roofing and related services.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Economics or a related subject.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
• Ability to analyse information and prepare clear recommendations.
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within property services, housing, construction, insulation, roofing or energy-efficiency services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess the company’s existing business functions, operational processes and overall objectives.
• Identify problems and improvement opportunities within business strategy, procedures, service delivery and internal operations.
• Analyse customer requirements, market trends, competitor activity and business performance.
• Carry out research and collect relevant business, operational and customer data.
• Interpret information and prepare recommendations to improve efficiency and business growth.
• Advise management on business strategy, operational procedures and service development.
• Review and improve workflows across insulation, roofing, property maintenance and related home improvement services.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination between management, office staff, contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Analyse costs, service performance and operational processes to identify areas where efficiency can be improved.
• Support the development of new services and business opportunities within the housing and property improvement sector.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business recommendations for senior management.
• Support the implementation of approved business improvement strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct meetings and workshops with management and staff to present findings and proposed solutions.
• Keep up to date with developments in the property improvement, insulation, roofing and energy-efficiency sectors.
