The Role:

As a Management Consultant within Investigo Government Solutions, you'll work closely with public sector clients to design, lead, and deliver complex transformation programmes.

You'll have the opportunity to originate your own consulting projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee engagements from initial proposal through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Winning and delivering consulting projects across areas including organisational change, business transformation, digital transformation, technology, operating model design, and process improvement.
• Leading project delivery directly or partnering with specialist consultants where required.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identifying opportunities to expand client engagements and create long-term partnerships.
• Working closely with recruitment and delivery teams to provide end-to-end client solutions.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the Investigo Government Solutions offering.
