Role Overview

As a Management Consultant, you will contribute to the delivery of consulting engagements, focusing on the development of outputs and deliverables. As we are growing our Belfast team we are interested to speak to consultants at all levels of experience, Consultant, Senior, Principal, and Managing Consultants to support the development and implementation of effective solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Support specific deliverables, outputs, and supporting documentation within a project team.
• Client Engagement: Build collaborative relationships and influence junior to mid-level client stakeholders.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct research and contribute to workshops and presentations.
• Tools & Methodologies: Apply and manage consulting tools, templates, and methodologies effectively.
• Planning & Coordination: Support project coordination by managing information and using collaboration toolsets.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve project goals.

Role Requirements

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following to an intermediate level:

• Works independently under routine direction, using limited discretion to resolve issues within defined guidelines.
• Handles a variety of tasks across different environments, contributing to the resolution of routine issues.
• Highly organised and possess a strong attention to detail.
• Client facing consultancy experience, ideally from a similar consulting firm.
• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to group outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and able to apply them effectively in a project delivery context.
• Be willing to travel to client sites as required to support project delivery.

• The successful candidate may, on occasions, be required to undertake extra and other duties.
• Suitable candidates must be highly organised and possess a strong attention to detail.
• The role may require occasional travel for meetings and client engagement.
