About us

United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. We have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO Insights, Retail Insights, and SetSales).

The Opportunity

As a Management Associate, you will run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, and ensuring the successful execution of conferences and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, are highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire and lead a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
  • Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Execute strategies at a rapid pace.
  • Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
  • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

  • +4 years’ experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • UK, EU, or US work permit.
