Carnival UK is seeking a Management Accounting Manager to steer financial direction and develop a high-performing team. You will lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, drive financial control and collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders.

This role offers hybrid working with up to two days from home, and the opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised cruise holiday employer with extensive learning and development opportunities.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• Proven people leadership experience including coaching, performance management and developing finance professionals.
• Strong management accounting expertise with experience delivering accurate monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Ability to maintain financial control and coordinate with Finance teams and business stakeholders.
