Job summary

A growing UK-based group is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. You will own the management accounting for a standalone UK entity, work closely with the Finance Manager, and engage with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and be part-qualified ACCA or AAT Level 4. The role offers a salary up to £40k, study support, and a hybrid working model with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong core accounting fundamentals are essential.
• Part-qualified ACCA (exams-based rather than degree-only) or AAT Level 4 considered.
• Recruitment sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of management accounting for a standalone UK entity.
• Month-end close, balance sheet control and variance analysis.
• Active involvement in audits, working closely with senior finance leadership.
