Job summary

A fast-growing e-commerce company in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Management Accountant to support its expansion. This hybrid role offers a salary of up to £50,000, along with excellent benefits. Responsibilities include preparation of management accounts, business partnering, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified with strong analysis and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts including journals, accruals, and reconciliation.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving historical items.
• Business partnering and supporting senior management with financial insights.
• Assisting with audits, tax returns, and financial reporting.
• Monitoring cash flow, forecasts, and supporting cash management.
• Mentoring junior finance staff and contributing to process improvements.
