Job summary

We Do Group in Maidenhead is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant on a growth trajectory. You will support month-end and management reporting, own balance sheet reconciliations, and work closely with operations to understand performance.

The role offers full study support for ACCA or CIMA, broad exposure to commercial finance, data analysis and process improvement, with coaching to progress within a fast-paced international business.

Qualifications

• Good management accounting and month-end experience.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Confidence working with large volumes of data.
• A proactive approach and willingness to challenge existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting month-end and management reporting
• Owning key balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing accruals, prepayments and recurring schedules
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Working with operational teams to understand performance
• Supporting stock, inventory and product-related accounting
• Analysing high-volume financial and operational data
• Improving, simplifying and automating finance processes
• Supporting audit, year-end and wider finance projects
