Job summary

Sunseeker International Ltd is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join our Finance team. You will produce accurate monthly management accounts, analyse balance sheets and provide insights to drive performance across the business.

The role requires strong detail orientation, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines; SAP experience and an accounting qualification are highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a Management Accountant role.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
• Excel and Office skills (intermediate-advanced).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/financial reporting tools.
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, audits, and budgeting.
• Provide financial insight to operational teams.
• Identify process improvements in reporting.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and insurance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and wider business.
