FluoRok Limited in Oxford is seeking a Management Accountant to help build and strengthen the in-house finance function. You will work with the Head of Finance to implement systems and controls, support month-end processes and take ownership of reporting, cash, and tax compliance as the company scales.

The role requires part-qualified or newly qualified accounting credentials, experience with month-end and management accounts, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• Experience preparing management accounts and supporting month-end close processes.
• Strong understanding of journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Working knowledge of VAT, payroll accounting and cash reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems eg Xero desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Finance transformation and systems: build in-house finance function, improve records, data structures and controls.
• Month-end close and management reporting: prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Transactional finance, banking and cash: oversee purchase and sales ledger, VAT, supplier records and cash reporting.
• Tax, audit, payroll and statutory support: prepare VAT returns and assist with statutory accounts and corporation tax.
• Systems and Team support: document processes and coach Accounts & Administration Assistant.
