Use your finance expertise to help create lasting social change
Blagrave Trust is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to provide high-quality financial insight, reporting and forecasting that supports strategic decision-making and maximises impact for young people and communities facing inequality.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, CEO, senior leaders and Trustees, you'll lead management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and compliance activities while supporting colleagues across the organisation to make informed financial decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, presenting financial information clearly, and using finance as a tool for positive social impact.
At Blagrave we know that young people are often the most inspiring leaders of change, but can be denied access to the resources, networks, funding, and spaces that enable their ideas to take flight. That’s why our mission is to empower young people who face deep-rooted inequality to lead lasting change, by investing in their leadership, their communities, and in spaces where their ideas can thrive for generations to come.
We are a funder that works alongside young people, communities and partners towards social justice. We also invest in the local youth sector, and in physical spaces; buildings that will remain rooted in communities, supporting long-term local benefit.
Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or public sector, grant funding, restricted funds or investment reporting would be advantageous.
Blagrave is a Disability Confident employer. Reasonable adjustments are available throughout the recruitment process. If you require this information in an alternative format or would like to discuss adjustments, please contact Tristan Shirley at Doing Good Recruitment.
