Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-qualified PQ Management Accountant to join an international manufacturing business. The role is permanent and full-time, based in Wetherby with hybrid options.

You will own monthly reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and operational analysis, partnering with site leaders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate reporting, analysis, and operational support across the site.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet).
• Provide insightful financial analysis for strategic and operational decisions.
• Perform variance analysis and monitor performance.
• Lead cost-control initiatives and improvement projects.
• Support stock and inventory counts, valuation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain internal controls and audit compliance.
• Partner with operational managers to improve performance.
• Identify processes and systems improvements to boost efficiency.

PQ Management Accountant

Permanent

Wetherby - Office based initially, but hybrid work is available.

Salary - up to £47,000

What you'll be doing

• Reporting into the Finance Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and operational support across the site.


• Monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet


• Insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions


• Variance analysis and performance monitoring


• Cost-control initiatives and continuous improvement projects


• Stock & inventory support, including counts, valuation, and reconciliation


• Internal controls & audit compliance


• Business partnering with operational managers to improve performance


• Identifying process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency
