With ambitious plans ahead, they are looking to bring in a commercially focused, Part-Qualified Management Accountant who can blend strong analytical skills with operational insight.

This is a hands-on, commercial role with a seat at the table, not just reporting the numbers, but influencing them. Along with a salary of up to GBP 40,000 per annum, the successful candidate will be eligible for study support should they wish to complete their qualifications. What you'll be doing as Part-Qualified Management Accountant:

1. Working across commercial analysis, operations support, and management accounting, based full-time on-site in Warrington. Ideal for someone studying towards CIMA or ACCA who wants to work closely with commercial, operations, and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial and Operational Analysis: Deliver sales and gross margin analysis, partner with teams to provide visibility on ROI, support factory managers with cost analysis, monitor SKU and customer performance, and present insights to stakeholders.
2. Forecasting and Planning: Own the commercial forecast, review volumes, generate inventory reports, support month-end routines, prepare variance analysis, and assist in budget and forecast cycles.
3. Financial Control: Support data integrity across systems.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA with relevant commercial or analytical finance experience.
2. Strong Excel and analytical skills to manipulate large data sets.
3. Confident communicator able to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.
4. Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry.
5. Willingness and ability to be based on-site 5 days a week.
