Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is partnering with a growing business in Luton to appoint a Management Accountant. You will own month-end processes and management accounts, supporting a small team of Accounts Assistants in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires strong franchise experience and experience in multi-site, high-volume environments, with initial office-based work during probation and a move to 1 day WFH thereafter.

Qualifications

• Strong management accounting / month-end experience.
• Experience within hospitality, multi-site retail or similar high-volume environments.
• Franchise experience is essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.

I’m working with an entrepreneurial and growing business operating across the Hospitality sector, with a portfolio of forward-thinking brands and a strong multi-site presence.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Management Accountant to take ownership of month-end, management accounts and support a small team of Accounts Assistants.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Management Accounting / month-end experience
• Experience within Hospitality, multi-site Retail or similar high-volume environments
• Franchise experience is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
