Job summary

Michael Page Finance is recruiting a Management Accountant for a Not for Profit organisation in Cardiff. The role supports Month End accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension, offering a hybrid working model (1 day a week in the office) and a salary between £45,000 and £48,000. Ideal candidates will hold ACCA/CIMA/ACA or be qualified by experience, have strong Excel skills, and be able to produce management accounts and

Qualifications

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA or Qualidfied by experience
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Month End Management Accounting
• Support the Finance Manager in the production of Annual reports
• Ad hoc process improvement projects
• Oversee sales ledger and Payroll

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:
