Job summary

You will support the Financial Controller in a variety of tasks including management reporting and preparing tax returns. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with experience in Financial Services and strong Excel skills. Qualifications

• Production of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with internal tax queries.
• Review internal processes and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller with management and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing consolidated and company accounts.
• Manage the audit process and ensure it runs smoothly.

Skills

Strong accounting and tax knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills

Education

Qualified or certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
