A finance consultancy in Manchester is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations and assist with strategic improvements. The role involves managing transactional finance tasks, compiling reports, and supporting compliance across the finance function. Ideal candidates should have experience in financial operations, strong analytical skills, and preferably hold a CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience managing month end processes.
• Understanding of PAYE and VAT.
• Proven track record in financial analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day transactional finance tasks.
• Compile month-end reporting packs.
• Assist with financial and business improvements.

Connaissances

Experience of involvement in a range of financial operational tasks

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of accounts

Hands-on approach

Formation

CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
