Dover Fueling Solutions is recruiting an experienced Management Accountant for a full-time, permanent role at their site in Skelmersdale. You will deliver timely and accurate financial information to support decision making and provide insights across the business.

The position requires strong management accounting experience, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work closely with operational teams. A hybrid working arrangement is available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or studying toward CIMA/ACCA or QBE
• Experience in management accounts preparation
• Experience in financial forecasting
• Experience providing sound financial guidance to aid decision making
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and third parties

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts preparation including P&L and balance sheet
• Provide financial insight to operational teams
• Balance sheet review and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and working capital optimisation
• Assist audit, year end and compliance activities
• Manage general ledger activities and journal postings
• Support VAT and tax reporting
• Analyze AP/AR postings and reporting
• Drive process improvements and automation
