Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) via Fairbanks Environmental is seeking a Management Accountant in Skelmersdale on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead monthly management accounts preparation, provide financial insight to operational teams, and support forecasting and budgeting.

The ideal candidate is AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA/ACCA/QBE, with experience in management accounts, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC.

Qualifications

AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA/ACCA or QBE.
Experience in management accounts preparation.
Experience in financial forecasting.
Strong Excel skills; able to manipulate data and present insights.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly management accounts preparation (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis).
Provide financial insight to operational teams and challenge planning decisions.
Balance sheet reconciliation and compliance with policies.
Support forecasting, budgeting and working capital optimisation.
Assist with audit, year-end, VAT and tax reporting; intercompany processes.
