Elevation Senior Finance is partnering with a fast-growing PE-backed business in Burton upon Trent that operates in the renewable energy sector. They are looking to recruit a Management Accountant for their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with strong ownership and ambitions for growth. The role is suitable for an Accountant with proven experience in Management Accounts.

The successful candidate will lead management reporting for a key part of the business and work on developing and improving processes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of the P&L and balance sheet
• Preparation of month-end management accounts
• Produce commentary and Board pack
• VAT return
• Support the year-end process, including liaising with auditors
• Provide support to department heads
• Review and develop/improve existing processes
• Management of an Assistant Management Accountant
