London Wildlife Trust is seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a hybrid basis. You will lead monthly management accounts, partner with budget holders, manage restricted funds, and support annual budgeting and forecasting to enable responsible financial planning.
You'll work with colleagues across the charity to ensure transparent reporting, sound financial controls, and effective decision-making to support our conservation aims in London.
Salary: £50,743
Contract: Permanent
We also offer:
Location: Head office (Fivefields, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, London) and travel to our key reserves typically 1-2 days per week, the remaining from home.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm. We welcome flexible working requests from day one.
London Wildlife Trust champions nature's recovery in the capital. With over 41% of our species having declined since the early 1970s, we urgently need to bring wildlife back, at scale and pace. We're working towards a London alive with wildlife by empowering more people and organisations to reconnect with nature and take action to protect it.
To help us achieve this ambition, we're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our financial insight and supporting better decision-making across the charity. You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our resources are used effectively, our funding is managed responsibly, and our conservation ambitions are backed by sound financial planning.
