Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Management Accountant for our head office in Whitstable. You will produce management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and help develop financial systems within a growing organisation.

Key requirements include ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and proven management accounting experience. The role is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary around £50,000+ DOE and benefits. Sponsorship is not available for UK visa holders.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven management accounts experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning capabilities.
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Support monthly close and timely financial reporting.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Assist Director of Finance with systems, controls and processes.
• Support cash flow forecasting and year-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with operational teams on cost control.
