Atkinson Moss is seeking a Management Accountant to join our client’s finance team in Norwich. The role blends traditional accounting with strategic business partnering, offering visibility to the Finance Director across budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

You will own monthly management accounts, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements in processes and control environments. The position suits a proactive professional looking to develop within a forward‑thinking finance

Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner

If you are a Management Accountant who wants more than a role where you simply produce the numbers and move on, this could be a great opportunity.

You will work closely with the Finance Director and have real visibility across the business, with a broad remit covering management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow and financial analysis. There's also plenty of scope to get involved in improving processes and making finance work smarter.
