Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Group Ltd in Old Trafford is seeking a motivated Management Accountant to join a fast-paced finance team. The role is structured into three growth phases that culminate in a Financial Controller level with expanded responsibilities.

You will own the full month-end cycle, prepare the management accounts pack with robust commentary, and drive budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting with month-end processes.
• Ability to prepare management accounts and commentary.
• Ambition to progress to Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Manage full month-end close for two trading companies with £15m turnover.
• Prepare management accounts pack with commentary and forecast cash flow.
• Attend board meetings and support budgeting and quarterly/annual budgets.
