Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking a Management Accountant to support financial reporting and commercial analysis for a leading sports media and events business. The role offers £50,000–£60,000 salary with discretionary bonus and benefits, and hands-on exposure to major sporting events.

You will produce quarterly accounts, analyse performance, support budgeting and governance, and work with operational teams to drive improvements. A proactive, organised candidate with strong Excel skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Fully or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Clear communication with non-finance teams.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Produce quarterly management accounts and schedules for individual entities.
• Analyse post-event financial performance and variances.
• Work with operational teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and commercial decision-making.
• Assist with external audits and financial reporting.
• Conduct project-based financial analysis for stakeholders.
• Enhance reporting processes and systems.
• Ensure adherence to group controls and governance.
