Vertu Volkswagen Hereford is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our team, supporting business performance with accurate financial information. You'll work closely with the finance team to produce management accounts and forecasts.

The role suits an experienced Management Accountant or an Assistant Accountant ready to step up, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Kerridge. UK motor retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts and forecasts.
• Payroll processing and accruals/prepayments.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Reconciling manufacturer bonuses and reporting to management.
• Create spreadsheets and statistical reports for the management team.
• Coach and develop colleagues within the finance team.
