What You Will Do

: Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

: Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

: Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliation processes.

: Conduct sales and margin analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

: Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and recruitment.

: Support the development and communication of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

: AAT qualification or part:qualified ACCA/CIMA, with study support available.

: A minimum of 7:10 years of experience in finance and HR, including 3 years in a senior role.

: Strong knowledge of financial systems like Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP, and HRIS platforms.

: Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

: A strategic mindset with the ability to align finance and HR practices to business goals.
