Job description

Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join an inclusive and supportive professional services business based in central Bristol. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office, supporting the Financial Controller with:

  • Month-end processes
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Process improvements
  • Year-end preparation
  • Budgeting
  • VAT and compliance
  • Balance sheet reconciliations

Working as part of a team of four within a larger finance function, the ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, capable of index matching, with the ability to pivot and lookup. The role requires comfortable interaction with colleagues at all levels within and outside finance.

This position does not offer parking but is conveniently located within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads station. Initially, the contract is for 12 months, with potential for extension or permanence due to ongoing projects and natural turnover.
