Role Title: Management Accountant
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Woking (Hybrid)
Rate: £350 Per day - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary

• Good level of Management accounting experience
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Communicate effectively at various levels of the organisation
• Effectively prioritize own work and assist with managing work loads of our offshore finance support team

Key Responsibilities

To hit the ground running as the successful candidate will join a busy finance team working to tight month end deadlines and delivering an ever increasing demand for analysis and reporting
Managing budgets and financial information including variance reporting etc for the month end close.
Involved in the P&L management and reporting for a number of units with the company.
Take on the responsibility to control Shared Services balance sheet reconciliations

Management accounting techniques - variance analysis, trend analysis, identify risks and opportunities, question inconsistences and potential errors in data. Formulate solutions to reporting issues or inefficiencies
Knowledge of S4/Hana useful but not essential
Power Query and other reporting tools knowledge would be an advantage
