Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join an established business within a large group. The role combines hands-on management accounting with strong business partnering, giving you ownership of the numbers for a key area and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You will own the month-end process, manage accruals and prepayments, produce forecasts and support budgeting activities, and provide analysis of financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (Qualified by Experience may be considered).
• Experience in Management Accounting.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
• Confident working with operational and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the month-end process.

This is a newly created position following continued business growth and the role will provide additional finance support from both a commercial and reporting perspective.

Profile

You will ideally be:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (Qualified by Experience may also be considered)
• Experience in Management Accounting
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Confident working with operational and non-finance stakeholders
