Based near Wembley, North West London, our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The role is office-based 4 days a week and 1 day from home. Please only apply if you can make this commute daily.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have transactional experience and may have worked in other areas. Responsibilities include financial reporting, analysis, transaction processing, and system maintenance. The role supports business profitability, realization, and efficiency.

Key Duties

1. Deliver timely financial reports and analysis to aid decision-making and goal setting.
2. Prepare weekly management accounts, KPIs, and performance analyses.
3. Support sales strategy development and performance measurement through tailored analysis.
4. Provide timecard analysis for company-wide appraisals.
5. Assist in preparing reports for strategy days, forecasting, and budgeting with senior management.
6. Perform general accounting duties, including month-end journals, P&L and balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and maintaining the Fixed Assets register.
7. Assist with VAT returns, year-end processes, and compliance activities in collaboration with the Finance Director and external accountants.
8. Support the Company Secretariat during year-end activities.
