Our client, a leading organisation experiencing strong growth, is seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing directly to the business's strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

• Assist with cash flow management and financial modelling.

• Partner with operational teams to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and financial systems.

Skills and Attributes:

• Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent).

• Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Proactive, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
