Management Accountant Location: Warwick Salary: £40,000-£42,000 Full Time | Permanent

Our client, a leading organisation experiencing strong growth, is seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing directly to the business's strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.Assist with cash flow management and financial modelling.Partner with operational teams to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and financial systems.

Skills and Attributes:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent).Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Proactive, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
