The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate financial reporting and insight for our newly acquired businesses. This is a full end-to-end position where you’ll get under the skin of our operations and contribute directly to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Variance analysis, forecasting, and contract-level performance insights
• Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cashflow forecasting
• Support statutory audits and contribute to consolidated group accounts
• Help implement financial controls and drive process improvements
• Work closely with our Finance Systems team on Dynamics 365 rollouts
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across operations, commercial, and group finance
