Job Purpose:

To provide accurate, timely financial information and business insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

The role is critical in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring financial control and performance tracking in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis with commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver timely information to Group for predetermined submission deadlines.
• Develop and maintain KPIs relevant to performance (e.g., customer acquisition costs, churn rate, LTV).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of new projects or products.
• Contribute to pricing and profitability analysis.
• Foster strong relationships with the wider business to ensure alignment product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Assist with statutory accounts and external audits.
• Ensure financial records are compliant with relevant standards and internal controls.
• Leverage fintech systems (e.g., PowerBi, Xero, Anaplan) to automate and improve reporting within finance and wider teams use.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g., FCA compliance) is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deliverables.
