We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated, Management Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare monthly management accounts and be responsible for reporting the financial performance of their Business Unit to various stakeholders across the Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts
2. Preparation of relevant balance sheet reconciliations, in line with group policy
3. Completion of commercial reporting and margin analysis
4. Analyse company data and financial information providing financial insight to inform all stakeholders
5. Assist in maintaining and developing accurate standard costings for all products
6. Undertake product cost variance analysis providing appropriate reporting
7. Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts
8. Continually be looking to improve all financial and non-financial processes
9. Communicate financial results and forecasts in a style appropriate for non-finance stakeholders
10. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
11. Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by key stakeholders/line manager
