Prior’s Court Foundation in Newbury, UK, seeks a fully qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. You’ll produce consolidated monthly management accounts with variance analysis, lead month-end processes, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

With a minimum of three years’ experience in management accounting and financial processing, you’ll bring ACCA qualification, strong organisational abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll be highly numerate, analytical, and skilled at problem-solving, with clear communication skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. A collaborative, team-focused approach is essential, along with an understanding of how your work supports others across the organisation. Experience with Sage Intacct, exposure to the charity, not-for-profit, or education sectors, and an understanding of autism or complex needs environments would be valuable additions.
