Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to own monthly management accounts, provide commercial insight, and partner with senior leaders. This fixed-term role (until April) offers exposure across finance processes and transformation initiatives.

You will deliver accurate reporting, support budgeting, and drive improvements while working closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team.

Qualifications

• You'll ideally have an AAT qualification, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or be Qualified by Experience
• Proven management accounts experience
• Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business
• Experience with finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting to senior stakeholders
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
• Develop KPI reporting and provide commercial insight
• Partner with operational teams to improve business performance
• Identify and implement process and systems improvements
• Assist with year-end audit requirements and compliance activities

The Opportunity
