Base pay range

Up to £45k depending on experience.

Main Focus: Internal financial information, cost control, budgeting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Variance analysis (actuals vs. budget)
• Cost analysis and control
• Supporting internal decision-making with financial data
• Working closely with internal departments for financial reporting

Key Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified accountant.
• Previous experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a multi-entity or global matrix environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is advantageous.
• Confident communicator, relationship-builder and team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
