Job summary

Marks Sattin is partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing organisation in Maidstone to recruit a talented Management Accountant with around 2 years' experience. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, support commercial decision-making, and drive performance across the business in a creative, fast-paced setting.

You will prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis, support budgeting/forecasting, and contribute to month-end close while collaborating with non-finance teams

This is an excellent opportunity for a management accountant with around 2 years’ experience who is looking to develop within a creative, fast-paced industry. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision‑making, and driving performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assisting with financial reporting and month‑end close activities
• Partnering with non‑finance teams to provide financial insight and analysis
• Monitoring stock, margins, and cost performance across retail channels
• Supporting process improvements and system enhancements
• Assisting with audit requirements and statutory reporting

About You

You will have previous management accounts experience with two years of experience in a finance role, ideally living close to the Maidstone areas. My clients are seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
