The Opportunity

Forge Talent are partnered with a fast-paced, PE-backed business going through a serious growth phase. With turnover set to exceed £100m this year, this is a brilliant opportunity for a part or newly qualified Management Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) to join a high-performing finance team that’s commercially embedded and highly visible across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of monthly management reporting (pre-GP), delivering insightful analysis and narrative on performance trends and variances
• Collaborate closely with operational teams across Accessories, Servicing, and Parts to drive better decisions on pricing, stock, and margin
• Deliver regular performance insight through dashboards, KPIs, and management information reporting
• Play a hands-on role in strategic initiatives – from new product launches and systems to exploring fresh revenue streams
• Oversee stock performance and assist in managing the company’s stocking facility
• Drive continuous improvement by refining finance processes and supporting audit readiness

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified
• Advanced Excel skills with confidence working on complex data models
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Prior exposure to Sage Intacct or SQL would be a plus, but not essential
