Management Accountant – High-Growth SaaS Business | Hybrid (2 days in London) | c.£40k–£45k + benefits + study support

I’m working with a fast-growing international SaaS company looking to bring in a bright, part-qualified Management Accountant to support their scaling team. This is a permanent role with real scope to learn, take ownership, and step up as you progress through your exams.

You’ll be reporting into a supportive Finance Manager and gain broad exposure across the function, from core reporting and systems to commercial inputs and process improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting with the month-end close, journals, and reconciliations
• Helping prepare management accounts and variance analysis
• Liaising with outsourced partners on accounts payable and audit
• Getting involved in payroll coordination and basic treasury tasks
• Assisting with revenue recognition and SaaS subscription reporting
• Helping identify process improvements and supporting system changes

What they’re looking for:

• Good grounding in accounting fundamentals, ideally from audit or a similar role
• Comfortable with Excel and working across finance systems (e.g. Xero, NetSuite)
• A strong team player who’s proactive, curious, and up for learning new things
• Someone who wants to grow into a qualified commercial finance role
