Job summary

Responsibilities

Support the finance function overseeing overheads, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, payroll journals, management accounts, and compliance.

Remote working options are available. Where possible, work in the London office 2 days a week. Some meetings and events may occur at Bell offices in Waterloo, London, on an irregular basis.

As part of a team of two, assist the team leader with:

  • Overheads reporting, prepayments, accruals, and analysis across Bell
  • Variance analysis against forecasts and budgets
  • Preparation of month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Management of fixed assets, intangible assets, and leases accounting
  • Intercompany reconciliations, invoices, recharges, and analysis
  • Processing payroll journals, reconciliations, and analysis
  • Preparation of trial balances, management accounts, and reporting for all Bell entities
  • Managing P11D submissions, National Statistics submissions, and other compliance matters

Qualifications

  • Part-qualified or final level CIMA/ACCA/equivalent; ACCA preferred due to role nature
  • Experience with Navision/Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
