Job RequirementsTo be a great fit, you’ll have:
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or part-qualified).
3+ years’ experience in industry or practice.
Strong grasp of financial and management accounting principles.
Experience managing tax filings (with support from FD and advisors).
Confident using accounting tools (Xero preferred).
Clear, confident communicator who works well with senior leaders.
Commercially savvy with a business-first mindset.
Hands-on, process-focused, and action-oriented.
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Ambitious and ready to grow into a finance leadership role.
Bonus: if you have experience working in a startup, SaaS or rapidly scaling team.
Own the monthly UK management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and KPI reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast updates.
Lead on UK tax compliance - VAT, PAYE, corporation tax - with support from external accountants.
Manage day-to-day finance ops: invoicing, ledgers, supplier payments, customer billing, payroll & reconciliations.
Support the Finance Director in preparing monthly ELT reporting packs.
Help strengthen and embed financial controls across the business.
Improve and streamline finance processes with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
Contribute to commercial and cross-functional projects as needed.
