Management Accountant

Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days on-site

Are you a hands-on Management Accountant looking for a new challenge in a growing, supportive, and forward-thinking business? We’re working with a growing organisation in Lichfield that is looking to bring on board a confident, commercially aware finance professional to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process, working closely with key stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the monthly management accounts
• Preparing accruals, prepayments and journals
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Supporting year-end and audit processes
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies

About You:

• AAT qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA (study support available if required)
• Strong management accounts experience with solid technical skills
• Confident Excel user and comfortable with finance systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments
