Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is partnering with a well-established international organisation in Lenham, UK, to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner. The role combines finance, systems and commercial business partnering in a growing finance team.

Initially, you’ll support the NetSuite ERP implementation—data migration, testing, process improvements and reporting enhancements—before moving into monthly management accounts, budgeting/forecasting, KPI development and business partnering

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; NetSuite desirable.
• Experience in management accounting or commercial finance partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support NetSuite implementation: data migration, system testing, process improvements and reporting enhancements with internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Post-implementation: monthly management accounts, budgeting/forecasting, performance analysis, KPI/MI development and cross-functional business partnering.

The Role

Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new NetSuite ERP system, before progressing into a commercially focused management accounting and business partnering role.

Role

Initially, you'll support the NetSuite implementation, assisting with data migration, system testing, process improvements and reporting enhancements while working closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners.

Following implementation, you'll prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, analyse business performance, develop KPIs and management information, and partner with the wider business to drive continuous improvement.

About You

You'll be AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification, with experience in management accounting or a similar finance role. You'll have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience using ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite desirable), and enjoy improving processes and building relationships across the business. Previous ERP implementation experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
